On
Sunday, we headed back to Hume Lake to spend the day. We wanted to rent
the kayaks, but the Christian managed businesses were closed from
11-1pm. (The general store, cafe, and gas station stay open)
We decided to head back to Ten Mile Creek, and enjoy the cool stream waters. Here Nick is deep in those teen thoughts (hmmm videos and music?) while he watches the water.
The girls preferred to explore.
More people enjoy the stream. I got a kick out of the man who just lay down in the invigorating (and COLD) water and let it wash over him.
On our way back up to the car, we saw this little alligator lizard. Of course, they were all over the place.
The sky in the Sierras is so blue.  |
